  • Car Park 1 Booking was easy. When we came to leave, the machine recognised our car and the barrier lifted without needing the ticket. The only slight annoyance was driving round and round to find a car parking space on arrival.

  • Car Park 1 It was a smooth experience however we need to make sure we note down the car park space numbe, not sure if the company could do anything to help this. The car park is very convenient but this is reflected in the cost, better signage would be good from all arrival doors.

  • Car Park 1 This was the first time I've parked at Birmingham and was so impressed from start to finish. I will definitely be using car park 1 next time I fly. Turn up and number plate recognition raises the barrier for you to enter, same on exit. It was raining when we got back and was just a 2 minute walk to the car park. out of!

  • Car Park 1 I have used this service 3 times now and can recommend it highly. It may not be the cheapest but it is by far the most convenient, we were in the car and heading for the motorway within minutes of going through Passport control. Pus you get to keep your keys, therefore you have peace of mind your car will be where you left if. A word of advice take a photo of your numbered parking space, make it easier to find on your return. I will be using this service again.

  • Car Park 1 Everything went as planned. I arrived at the barrier was issued a ticket and parked up accordingly. Upon leaving I came to the barrier and it raised as advised and left for my onward journey. All very smooth with no issues.

  • Car Park 1 The staff were very helpful, i prebooked online but my code wouldn't work at the barrier. The staff were very quick to answer the buzzer and recommended how best to get out of the carpark on my return.

  • Car Park 1 Absolutely first class: very easy to find and park on arrival, a few minutes walk to the terminal and then completely trouble-free departure. An added bonus is that it's completely undercover, which meant that we didn't get soaked whilst we were loading our cases into the boot, as happened when we used an open-air car park on our last trip. I'll definitely use this car park again, next time I fly from Birmingham.

  • Car Park 1 Parking was fine no problem. Very convenient but you pay for it. Longe was OK. But don't say about dress code if you are allowing people in camouflage shorts and gym gear. Would not bother again

  • Car Park 1 It was fine apart from when we were leaving and I put the ticket in the machine it said that the amount to pay was £134 when I'd already paid in advance. I had to use the intercom and the staff member said that it was showing how much I'd have had to pay if I hadn't already paid. When I gave him my car reg and name he was able to confirm that I'd paid and let me out. I'd guess the number plate recognition mustn't have worked or something but I can't say I was too impressed
