  • Car Park 1 Poor experience at the car park. Barrier did not open automatically and had to take ticket. On return the charge was over £350 and had to call attendant to sort out.

  • Car Park 1 No…. When I put the ticket in the machine it said I owed £840 , but it was fairly quickly sorted when I pressed the button to speak with someone. Obviously a blip as this has never happened before.

  • Car Park 1 Booking excellent but when I tried to leave the car park my number plate was not recognised and I had to ring for help. I am profoundly deaf and it was difficult to hear the instructions I was being given. However, my wife is disabled and the proximity of the car park to the terminal was ideal for her. Yes I would recommend friends use this service.

  • Car Park 1 Perfect.
    Seamless booking, even remembered that I had booked before and had a credit note which was automatically used. Only took a couple of minutes.
    This is how customer service should be - well done!
    Easy to find the car park though parking spaces were few and far between but access to the terminal is a two minute walk.
    No problem on return, drove up to barrier and away home.
    Would definitely use again.

  • Car Park 1 Both flight times were changed on separate occasions. Flight LS1265 01/10/2021 moved forward by 4 hours to 10:10 on the first I was allowed to change my parking time no problem.
    Return flight LS1266 on 11/01/21 moved forward 8 hours to 19:30.Tried to change on the Holiday Extra app and you wanted £28 extra. The late charge is only £18, I had late arrival insurance, but yoyu still charged me £18 on exit. The £28 charge was just blatant greed and an absolutely extortionate. There is no justification for the amount you wanted to charge.
    I will certainly not be using you again, I will get off airport parking rather than be ripped off like this.

  • Car Park 1 On leaving car park 1 at Birmingham airport it asked us to pay £220 for pre paid parking.....quite a shock. Eventually it was cancelled after using the contact button on the exit barrier

  • Car Park 1 Car pack a little walk from arrivals and departures but it’s as close as it can be due to the layout.
    Auto number plate recognition didn’t work for us, we had to buzz for assistance, gave name and plate number and they let us through.
