• Maple Parking Meet and Greet I was very disappointed as I had booked a meet and greet so that myself and my disabled daughter would have no stress and be met at the departures, this was not the case and I had to push 2 cases as well as supervise my daughter across 2 roads, extremely disappointing 😖

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet The car was returned to me with what appeared to be a a new dent in the passenger door AND a flat tyre. The problem turned out to be a puncture on the sidewall of the tyre and not repairable so resulted in a new tyre!!

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet Maple Manor were not the cheapest service from Birmingham but we booked them by choice based on previous experience with them and others. We were very happy with the service and the staff were extremely helpful both on the phone and at drop off/pick up.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet Had to wait in the heavy wind and rain for 25mins on the way back even though we called and gave ample notice. Had a baby and toddler with us getting blown away and crying because of this. Wont ever be using them again. A friend travelling with us called your company afterwards and his car was already waiting looks like you just pick and choose which customers to annoy.
