• Car Parks 2 and 3 The signage at the multi storey car park at Birmingham airport was really, really poor. It was extremely hard to work out which way to drive around the car park - and even the way to walk to the customer lift. My view was shared by someone we met in the lift. It was 4.30am in the morning I was travelling with my elderly mother and I was extremely annoyed about it.
