• Car Parks 2 and 3 All went smoothly, didn't meet any staff. Brand new car suffered slight scratch assume by carelessness from other user.

• Car Parks 2 and 3 the car park was very dark- a muiti sorey with very limited spaces. The only space i found was surrounded by pillars. i scraped my car due to the tighness of the space and insufficient room to turn. i would not choose a multi storey. On return it was 11 at night with few people about and the lighting was poor. i did not feel safe.

• Car Parks 2 and 3 Everything went as planned, the registration recognition cameras did not work (newly introduced) and if they are to be used in the future, it would be great to have the facility to exit somehow without having to buzz for assistance. As I was leaving at 10.30pm, there was a queue of vehicles waiting for the guys to answer the call buttons

• Car Parks 2 and 3 BCP at Birmingham exceeded our expectations. It was a very short walk to Departures, and only about 50yds further from Arrivals. This was ideal for us as our return flight got in late, so a quick getaway was essential.

• Car Parks 2 and 3 Everything went smoothly and without a hitch so thank you. We parked on the third floor in Carpark 3 and my only concern was the lighting was out on that level and it was very dark when we returned. This is no reflection on your service though, but it does need sorting out.

  Price jumped between first looking and booking - quite expensive.
  Signing from terminal at B'ham to return to car was poor - not your responsibility but finding the car again is part of parking.
