• Long Stay Everything did not go smoothly due to the check in lady not allowing my partner on the flight we could not travel hence we had to change our travel to Monday20th we had late return insurance on the parking so I called a lady at BCP and explained what happened and asked would it be ok to use the parking I had paid for from Monday to Friday 24th she said no and I would not get a refund as I had left the car park to go home obviously and return on Monday, in any case I rebooked the parking with the Airport itself which cost me a total of £70 for the two. I have been using BCP for years at Newcastle, Manchester, etc and was very upset you were not more understanding. • Long Stay The ticket I collected on entry did not activate the barrier upon exit so I had to press the help button and as is almost normal these days got the voice of a rather unhelpful and disinterested person before the barrier was raised. Not helpful after a 18 hour journey!!!!!!
