  • Long Stay There were no proper spaces in the long-stay on 3rd June at, and we took so long to search that in the end we had to park in the roadway as did many others. It seems unsatisfactory that this should happn if one has booked with BCP months ago. Perhaps not your fault but a system problem!

  • Long Stay I had pre booked but when I placed my ticket into the machine at the barrier it did not lift and the display indicated I had to pay £159 to get out. I had to ring the Help Desk who sorted it out but after a flight and a wait for the bus it was all we needed.
