  • Mid Stay Walkway from car park to terminal was not well sign posted. It was not under cover either meaning a cold and potentially wet walk to and from the terminal, not pleasant before or after your holiday. I would not have booked this car park if I had realised there was no shuttle bus to and from the terminal. I would definitely suggest the elderly or infirm try an alternative.

  • Mid Stay The instructions by email were that the car number plate would be automatically recognized to be able to exit - I arrived back at midnight & tried to get out -with ticket that was given to me on entry - it kept rejecting it (it was all prepaid)& there was no one to ask - eventually I found a ticket machine & validated the ticket, but that was just luck & me correctly eventually guessing how to get out....not good - clearer instructions needed. It does not automatically recognize your number plate. Not a great experience at midnight in a deserted car park

  • Mid Stay On booking the incorrect time was entered on your confirmation which I advised and you confirmed correct time on return this had not been entered and u attempted to charge £38 late fees I spoke on intercom and sorted out.

  • Mid Stay The only thing I would point out is that when booking on the web site, I found that it was impossible to book midnight as a pick up time and had to put:00. This resulted in me paying extra for being late. I would also point out that you are the first car park that has charged for this after being parked for several weeks. A bit cheeky I thought
