  • Terminal Multi Storey I paid for your flight cancellation insurance, then when my flight was cancelled I couldn't get my parking time changed, even though the cancellation wasn't my fault and my parking dates were later than the original ones, so my car would have been in the car park anyway - changing the dates would not have changed my car parking space from BCP's point of view in the least. Instead I was told I would have to re-book at a charge of £55, which is ridiculous considering I'd bought a cancellation waiver. BCp should have just moved my dates to 2 days later with no charge at all to me. In the end, I had to drive my car to the carpark on the original date and leave it there, go away from the airport and come back by taxi: very inconvenient, and probably illegal under EU law.
