  • Terminal Surface I did not receive a confirmation email and then when I telephoned and requested information, the gentleman confirmed my booking and said he would send it again. I have still not received it and therefore couldn't check my details. So after returning at 2.30 am I discovered I had only booked for 7 days at a great price of £38 but had to pay another £47 for the extra day! So turned out to be very expensive experience. Although I admit my fault, had I received the email confirmation I would have noticed the discrepancy! And yes I have checked junk mail etc and definitely no emails! So not a happy experience!
