  • Long Stay 4 Service is prompt and polite. No complaints.

  • Long Stay 4 Car park entry and exit no problems, good price.
    Unfortunately the surface of footpath made the transfer to and from airport slightly difficult with the suitcases, but maybe that is not the fault of BCP.
    Overall, would book with BCP again.

  • Long Stay 4 On arrival, at 5am, the barriers were open and the number recognition system appeared non-operational;there were no buses or notices explanation. I phoned to find out what was happening and was told there was a problem and a bus would be sent, and it did arrive quite quickly. It would have been a batter and lees stressful experience if I had been contacted beforehand or if at least a notice explaining what to do was sited at the entrance.
    The return transfer was very good
