APH Park and Ride Firstly your contact number is a premium number so by the time your administrator had booked me in it cost me Â£10 extra because I wanted to do business with you. When your an old aged pensioner as both my wife and I are it does not always occur to you to check numbers and you offer no warning. Why should you? you probably earn off it. The Car Park for meet and greet and the 15 minute journey to the Airport is open to discussion I'm contacting my watch company because your idea of 15 minutes and my watches are not the same. Meet and Greet was the service I paid for.We arrived at the car park office I went in and was promptly told my car was in M6 car park in the fenced off area leave your wife in the wheel chair drive over oh and here's your exit code. I was given the impression that someone would meet and greet and someone else would bring my car over to myself and my wife in her wheelchair none of which happened. I am going to contact the consumer ombudsman to see if you are required to try and meet the description of the service you purport to deliver. I will be relating my experience on the firms website some ten thousand potential customers for you at no charge.
