• Airparks Meet and Greet The Drop Off was very smooth.
  When it came to our car being given back it was very bad. We rang at 09:44 once we had collected our luggage and was told to make our way to the drop off / collection zone where our driver would be waiting for us. We got to the exact spot where we had dropped the car off within five minutes and waited until 10:12, we rang again and were told that the driver had made a mistake and had gone 'upstairs' and would now come to the correct off site parking permit holders location. After waiting until 10:17 we rang again, to be told our driver was now waiting for us by the orange pillars... we ran down the whole parking section to find our driver parked on double yellow lines having an argument with a Gatwick parking assistant, I now fully expect to receive a parking ticket ontop of the unprofessional service and distressingly long wait after an eleven hour flight. Very unhappy.

• Maple Manor Meet and Greet I found it frustrating when I came back to discover the arrangements for picking my car up had changed.
  When you are tired this is the last thing you want, although I do realize it was not your fault.
