  • Maple Parking Meet and Greet Mapple Manor driver caused an accident on my car where by a bumper was ripped when i complained to the company above they denied it and they sent me photos of a different car claiming that it was mine. When i told them so then they send me two photos one of my car and other of the other car they sent off first. I parked my car in the early morning and when they send me their photo it had evening time. I expressed my concerns through emails till when i gave up. I know what to do next time.

  • Purple Parking Was not happy with being charged £10 during storm Ciara. Our flight was cancelled and me and my husband had to hire a car from Inverness to drive to Gatwick to collect our car. We arrived at 5:30 after a 12 hour drive! Only to find a £10 charge! What a great money maker when we have a storm!

  • Purple Parking Meet and Greet Very easy to use. The staff were friendly. My only criticism is it took me a while to adjust my seat, steering wheel, dashboard settings, radio station all because it been changed. I appreciate mirrors etc have to be changed to be able to drive it but certain things did not need to be changed.
