• APH The bus driver who picked us up from north terminal approximately 09:,30 this morning was amazing, so helpful after a long day and 4 hour delayed flight helping with bags and talking to my young daughter who was still drowsy from sleep. • Purple Parking You advertised that buses will be at 15 minute intervals however we very nearly missed our flight as we were kept waiting for 45 minutes at your car park while your driver waited for the bus to fill with passengers.
