  • Purple Parking We got on the wrong bus as we didn’t realise 3 other companies use the stop. Although we later saw it written on the bus stop. We wasted an hour travelling back and forth. It would be helpful if you make it clearer on the white card to make sure you get on the right bus!

  • Just Valet Valet parking only works if you can be met on time at departure. When attempting to call 20 mins out the phone just rang and rang. 20 mins later it was answered and we were told," sorry we are very busy, we will get to you as soon as we can. Resulting in us sitting in the car waiting for 20 mins. It's the worst meet and greet service I've ever used and only added to the stress I was paying to avoid. I booked it as BCP but it' is subcontracted out to a local operator which clearly has issues. It's strange that you would allow your brand to be devalued in this way.

  • Purple Parking Everything fine. One exception - your instructions to find the meet and greet area to pick up our car on our return are not clear after we exit the customs area. The card you gave us suggests we have to cross the road before going down the ramp to the lower levels, whereas in fact you need to go down the ramp to the lower levels BEFORE you cross the road to find the meet and greet area or else you get hopelessly lost and have to keep ringing your Office to get new directions! Could you please look at and alter (if necessary) the wording on the meet and greet pick up card you issue to ensure the instructions to find the meet and greet pick up area are accurate and precise.
