  • Purple Parking The car parking was as described and I have used it on several occasions in the past. However, this time we were left with a cracked windscreen which we did not notice until we had left the car park, as it was late in the evening and was not obvious before we left. TOO LATE, to go back !!!!

  • Purple Parking The advertised service is a bus every 15 minutes, I waited at the bus stop for 30 minutes and then rang the phone number for purple parking I got off the internet, I was informed that I had to phone the local car park number on the confirmation which was in my case. It would be helpful if a contact number was printed on the return card if there is a problem which you keep with you. I asked the driver how often the buses were running and he said 15 minutes, when I said it had been longer than 15 minutes he did not say anything, I asked reception the same question and the receptionist said 15 minutes when I said I had been waiting half an hour she repeated that the buses had left every 15 minutes and when I said they had not arrived she said she was not responsible for what happens at the airport. I found the attitude of your staff unhelpful.it seems the standard reply to complaints over timing is to insist you run at 15 minute intervals even when you obviously don't. If there is a problem admit it. APH had two busses arrive and leave before yours turned up and I was standing 30 minutes from 22.00 until 22.35 on 21st Feb, the buses did not run!!! There is a lot of competition in parking and the savings I might make dealing with your company are not sufficient to justify the poor service and poor staff attitude. I was not the only customer standing in the cold at the stop, another customer complained that exactly the same thing happened to him the last time he travelled and he was not going to use you again.
