  • Purple Parking We had a wait of over 40 minutes for a return bus to collect our car at the Purple Parking compound. When it arrived, having called at the South Terminal first it was pretty well full and there was a great difficulty for the 8 - 10 people waiting at the North Terminal to 'fight' there way onto the bus. All other aspects of the experience worked very well. However, because f the transfer experience we are unlikely to use the Gatwick Purple parking service again.

  • Purple Parking It was not your fault but the plane landed at the North terminal instead of the south as expected so we were completely lost as to where to go to find your busses. I phoned the number I was given and was told I had got through to Heathrow instead of Gatwick. I then had a rather curt lady telling me "bus--stop 6/7" I said o could only find "6-14" and the bus drove passed us! She said (impatiently) "I said 6-7" we walked ( with 2 large cases" right back up the concourse and finally found "(right at the further edit end) the bus stop required!

  • Purple Parking The distance the car park is from the airport is ishnificant although the price to park my car was cheaper than other car parks! Also, signage is required at North terminal to direct passengers easily to the bus stop!

  • Purple Parking I have parked with purple parking on many occasions as I'm a frequent flyer. On this occasion my mother parked her car at the airport. Upon returning home on 23.4.16 to our house she had noticed her car had been damaged. I contacted purple parking straight away and was informed to send an e-mail to customer services along with the photos which I did. Bearing in mind this was only a couple of hours after returning to England not 2 days or a week!! I was absolutely disgusted with the reply I received which was basically stating the terms and conditions and nothing was going to be done about it. Why do none of the employees check the car? They do at Stansted airport. Why do they not check the CCTV? Obviously too much trouble and it is an easy out for your company to state the t&c's. Let me assure you I will NEVER park with purple parking again out of principle. I would rather pay the extra.

  • Purple Parking I have used your parking service many times but my last visit was awful. We waiting for the bus to come when we arrived and again for a very long time when we came back. It used to be a fast and efficient way of parking.

  • Purple Parking The rumors about bcp employees taking cars for joyrides are true. The clutch disk was totaled and it cost my friend pounds to repair. We will not use your service again and will make sure none of our friends and relatives do either. Get control of your employees. It really is pathetic.
