  • Purple Parking For me, airport parking is a necessary evil. I just hate the whole process, but I think BCP do what they can to make it as efficient as they can. My one main criticism is the luggage storage racks. This time, I had to lift a very heavy case on to the top rack because everyone with a small light case had taken up all the space below. There must be a way round this problem. More standing room perhaps like the airport buses that take passengers to their planes. This would allow users to keep large cases beside them on the floor. Staff are generally helpful, especially reception staff. Polite lady bus driver this time which made a change from the usually surly male drivers who avoid helping anyone. The queuing at bus stop seven again caused problems, couldn't it be made more clear where the front of the queue is and where the bus is actually going to stop. Again, all the people who queued longest were forced on last! What appear to be small issues make a difference at midnight after a long journey!

  • Purple Parking My car was used by someone at your car park. The trip meter was reset, the lights were left on and the car battery was flat. Very disappointing!

  • Purple Parking The service of the client facing staff were great. However....my car has obviously been keyed while in your care as there is a deep scratch all down one side. I also asked for the car to be valeted, and some of the inside upholstery has been damaged. There are also a couple of dents and one of my hubcaps was scratched deeply in several places. This is such a shame as me and all family members have used you for some time and had no problems, but again now....no way.
