ACE Meet and Greet Car parking very smooth, car there when we arrived back, which was great, no hanging around!! Just one pick up, a little info on where to actually park in the orange car park at Gatwick south may have helped as we sat in wrong place for a bit waiting for a guy that was already here? Once we rang through again they told us to look for guy in certain car in car park on left as soon as you get to orange level!! Apart from that very smooth and would defo use again

ABC Meet and Greet When we first arrived we had to wait 20 minutes or so as apposed to 10 - but other than that the guy who returned the car was fantastic. Efficient, friendly & a sense of humour. Will definately use again.

ABC Meet and Greet Drop off went very smoothly. On our return we had to wait about 20 mins late at night in the rain for our car to be brought to us. However the van was there waiting to take the driver back so we were able to sit in it and wait.

I Love Meet and Greet All good except for the length of time left standing in the rain waiting fir the car to be returned. Well over 30 mins from our call and we waited as requested until we had exited customs.

Just Valet We booked "Just Valet" meet and greet parking at Gatwick south terminal and had to wait 3/4 hour for our car to be delivered to the terminal only to be told "it was a fault our end". Very unhelpful and dismissive!!! We will not be using Just Valet again and depending on our experience in July maybe not even BCP.
