Cophall Parking Drivers were very friendly and we barely had to wait. Felt there was a personal aspect to the service. Would definitely use again.

ABC Meet and Greet brilliant service, collection on time and the car was waiting for us on our return, very friendly staff, will definitely use BCP again

I Love Meet and Greet Regrettably your staff did not perform in a manner which I would have expected When we rang from the Terminal we told there might be a delay of 15 minutes because of the weather.When we arrived at pick up point we were told our car was on its way.With that all of your drivers pulled into a small bus and left us at the curb Twenty five minutes later our car finally appeared and the driver he was part of the group which we saw returning to the depot in the bus.If we had been told what the true situation was we could have sheltered in the terminal rather than hang about in -7 degree temperatures.Overall most disappointing.

Cophall Parking We chose cophall and found the lady who dealt with our initial registeration at their office very unprofetional
She wrote all the wrong information down which resulted in us waiting 40 minutes in the freezing cold for the transfer back to the car park so although i would book withBCP again i wont use cophall again
