  Shuttles were also regular and service was lovely, especially the gentleman who took us on our way to the airport (15/11/19 6am) he was very friendly and took our bags etc

• Purple Parking Despite putting flight detail on my booking I am still asked at what time my flight will return. On the out going journey the bus driver did not announce the terminal at Gatwick and caused concern for non regular travellers. And on return the bus was very full with no room for all the luggage.

• Purple Parking Drop off very easy, greeted well and bus waiting outside. First drop off was north terminal. On arriving back and thing why I marked it down, I seemed to wait ages for bus back. Shame theres not an app which shows locations of busses etc. Apart from that picking up car was easy.

• Purple Parking Was a great service, although the bus driver to the airport on Friday 8th Nov evening shift, didn’t speak a word - it’s the start of your holiday and you’re excited, be nice to have a friendly face at least!
