  • Maple Parking Meet and Greet The drop-off & pick-up were not as described in the booking. My vehicle was brought back to me damaged and not reported to me (heavy frost morning of collection and the windscreen wipers had been used without defrosting the vehicle resulting in one wiper not working as the link had seperated) noticed this when I needed to use the wipers on the M1 in heavy sleet/snow. Ended up calling the RAC out and said that would most likely be the cause!

  • ABC Meet and Greet Up until the point where I called to say we were 10 minutes from the airport I had no idea the company was called "Help me park"!I had incorrectly guessed my arrival time to the airport and telephone staff was very unsympathetic telling me it was my fault I would have to wait longer than usual.

  • Have used BCP / Purple Parking many many times over the years, and always been exceptional for service and value for money...staff always cheerful and helpful even in the early hours when returning on night flights...well done!

  • Long Stay South All ok, but the new ticket system / number plate recognition seems flawed. Twice in two months I have been stuck at the exit barrier, cars behind me, with the system refusing to let me out. My number plate was spotless and clearly readable on the screen. It needs attending too.
