• Cophall Parking It all went very smoothly. Driver on our return journey to car park was so courteous and friendly even though it was the middle of the night.

• Not happy. Awaiting response to my emails regarding a large amount of mileage increase when my car was left at car park. Nothing on your website to say the car will be parked for you. Etc staff talking amongst themselves while “serving†customers. Bus drivers very polite and helpful.

• on our return our car had a problem with starting due to a faulty keyless ignition and as a consequence had to wait for a recovery vehicle, we were waiting for over 4 hours and your Gatwick teams hospitality was second to none , we were offered tea and coffee and even their cakes !our 7 year old even had a go on the walkie talkie !
