Purple Parking Airlin over booked flights and delayed us for 48 hours. Phoned Carpark, very understanding and reassuring. Only had to pay extra day rates.
One recommendation would be a email contact to inform of delays rather than having to phone from abroad.

Purple Parking Meet and Greet I used the Purple Parking meet and greet at Gatwick North terminal, booked through Holiday Extras. I was happy overall with the service and price. The change in drop off instructions the day before departure threw me. I got a mail that my drop off location had changed and that I needed to call for directions 10 min from the destination. The instructions were clear and the drop off went smoothly nonetheless. The return instructions on the card were a little too wordy but accurate. The chaps did well to get my car to me asap (15 min wait after getting luggage) even though the system had my pick up time for my particular flight as 2.30 pm instead of 2.30 am. Thanks BCP.

APH Park and Ride Staff and facilities were really good. The only hitch was that we didn't go to the right level for the bus to pick us up from, I think there needs to be another note on the ticket to reinforce the level to go to.
