• APH Apart from being slick, friendly and professional at the very outset, when we returned, my wife had sustained a nasty ankle injury and the driver could not have been more attentive to our cases, the seating and looking after her as she was clearly in pain. My one regret with APH Gatwick? Not having the cash in sterling to thank both outbound and inbound drivers for their superb service. Hopefully, management will check these comments against my booking and identify them for their good work.

• Cophall Parking Car was absolutely filthy - cap missing from rear number plate - was dark when collected - ok if parking old car but never again with our brand new one - inside doorwell scuffed and carpet marked with crushed leaves and mud/dirt - was valeted next day despite it being done the day before it was left at cophall - the worst since we've been using them in over 20 years
