• APH Unfortunately due to the booking icon being so like the Airport on site long term parking I ended up going to the wrong car park so didn't use your facility. I have used your site before and was extremely disappointed to find out. A very costly error by me and one I won't make again and will only use the Gatwick Airport official site in future.

• Long Stay South Paper ticket from enter gate, wouldn't fit exit gate. Gate house manned but all hard work to get ticket sorted. Barrier still would raise, other cars also having issues. Sat 7th approx. 13.00hrs. Thank you.
