  • APH All good until trying to leave car park where we had pre paid but said we had to pay £165 to get out. Pressed help button and our confirmation number and number plate was not recognised, stressful end to our holiday, as we were made to feel like we were trying to get away without paying, however this was rectified when we went into office

  • Long Stay South It's nice that your car parks are close to the terminal and that once I parked the car myself, no one else will be getting in it.
    It's a pity that the driver does not say that this is the terminal stop, as many passengers did not realise this.
    The big issue for us was: Even though we know which letter and number we was parked at, we did not know which stop to get off at and many of the passengers had the same problem. there seems to be no way of knowing which stop relates to your parked car.
    Also many put their luggage in the luggage racks to find out once they got to their stop, they could not get to their luggage that easy due to too many passengers standing in the way of the luggage racks, it would be easier if all the passengers stayed with their own luggage.
