Cophall Parking Very efficient drop off and collection. We returned a day late due to a flight diversion and I was surprised, but pleased, that there was no additional charge.

ACE Meet and Greet Terrible service! When we returned to Gatwick we called to say we had landed and were told there was a min delay and not to come to the car park yet. We ended up waiting mins for our car and we were travelling with a 4 month old baby. We explained this to the onsite manager as our baby was distressed and asked to be made a priority but he did not listen. There was very little apology.

Long Stay South the exit barrier would not rise; had to go into reception and lady there had to do something to my exit ticket to allow barrier to rise;new ticket system not working properly??otherwise all ok as used this car park before without any issues such as this one!!

ACE Meet and Greet Great when we arrived but had to wait nearly an hour in a dark, cold car park for the car to be returned. The reason we were told was there was a a lot of aircraft arriving. You knew when we would arrive and the plane was on time, there was plenty of room for all the cars due to go out in the car park for the customers waiting, my car could easily be ready when we arrived. No one there to ask just, no seats just a cold car park. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Long Stay South Yet again I had problems exiting the Car Park (same as last time. Again with other Drivers having the same problem.Don't need this at the end of a very long day!
