ACE Meet and Greet Drop off fine once telephone answered. Pick up a real disaster taking nearly an hour. I was first told that I had not rung, then after I proved that I had rung (twice) I was told car would be dispatched. After nearly an hour they found that my car was already on Level 1 and that the supervisor had the keys but had forgotten. It would have been quicker to retrieve my car myself from one of the Long Term Car Park at the Airport. Not impressed, no signage on Level 1 and not an Ace sign anywhere.

Summer Special There was a powercut the day we arrived. therefore the computer systems was down. The staff were in control and handled the difficult situation very well.

Summer Special As you no longer operate the shuttle to the South terminal this is the last straw for Gatwick for us. Although the rest of your service was good and prompt,with the increased costs and difficulties associated with travelling to Gatwick (outside your control) we shall look to other airports for travelling. We would still consider BCP at those locations.

Summer Special Easy to book, directions were clear and checking the car in and out was quick and easy. staff were courteous and helpful.
