Cophall Parking Minibus to airport was fine, but on return insufficient room in minibus for all people waiting so we had to wait for the third minibus before we could return - minute wait.
Company was aware of how many people where waiting to return but did not seem to arrange for this

ABC Meet and Greet Had a small delay getting our bags and getting through the terminal to meet our driver. He had called me several times and sounded agitated. Didn't appreciate being spoken to with a condescending tone and didn't need that after a day of travel. I appreciate his situation however this was not the best way to greet a customer. I have used BCP for a long time and have never had that much agro!! Will seriously consider alternative parking options next time I travel

Purple Parking Always a pleasure to park with BCP. I came through Charlwood but missed the turning in the dark this time. Could do with a sign....if the council will Allow.

Purple Parking We were early arriving and late to pick up the car as our flight was delayed. Purple parking did not charge us extra and we found the shuttle driver extremely friendly!
