• Long Stay South No need for staff.The camera recognised car reg went in and parked car.Noted the block and row on ticket and bus stop number.Close to Gatwick South Terminal coach every minutes which is dedicated to just 1 terminal so save more time.

• Long Stay North Entry to car park was easy and minimal wait for bus transfer . May be better/bolder signage for bus pick up area on exiting terminal , but overall good .

• APH The frequency of the return bus looked too long. There was a large queue waiting for the bus, not all of whom were able to get on. Admittedly it was 1:30am in the morning but not ideal when you are tired and just want to get home to bed.

• Purple Parking bus waiting to take us to airport.staff very efficient helpful and friendly. bus arrived within ten min's on return no hassle at all car waiting when we returned. have used purple parking every time we go away.
