• Long Stay South When I came to check out at the barrier at.15, it demanded payment of £85 when I had prepaid. Fortunately your somewhat surly attendant determined that it was an error and let me out - no apology. I think your rates are extortionate, next time I shall use the train.

• Long Stay North My daughter couldn't travel so I had to take her home and return the following day. (My wife and other daughter travelled whilst I returned home). The staff were very helpful and understanding. They reassured me that it would be fine and told me what to do on exit and re-entry to the car park.
