• Purple Parking Meet and Greet Car wasn’t at the location on our return, even though we called from the luggage collection and were told the car would be waiting for us. Initially we were told it was ten mins away. When I questioned this fifteen mins later I was told by the operator he had no idea, only that all available staff had been sent to collect cars (this I doubted as there were 4/5 staff smoking and chatting. My car finally arrived fifty minutes after we arrived. I asked about an exit code - was told none required - and spent a further five mins at the exit trying to get an exit code. No staff answered the help line.
  Clearly the operation is chaotic and has no customer service. I think it’s the only Meet & Greet service foe Morth Terminal, so if you can I’d go with the official Gatwick service.

• Purple Parking I forgot to unplug my satnav from the car’s lighter socket when we parked at Gatwick. Concerned that I might return to a flat battery, I phoned your Gatwick site and they sent someone to unplug it for me.

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet The location is convenient but this time on arrival and departure from the car park it was pretty chaotic. It seems like Maple Manor has combined with two other operators and it's not as smooth or polite as previously . Very crowded car parking at check in leads to delays.Also the lift was not working again so had to drag case up stairs!!!
