• Cophall Parking This was the 2nd time we've used Cophall - both times e found the service was efficient and the staff friendly and helpful.

• APH The service on arrival and return was polite, helpful and very good.
  However if you have a car that will self lock within seconds or so of unlocking and quickly shutting the door DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KEYS IN THERE as they drivers will not be able to get in to your car.
  Unless you have a spare key with you and haven't left the car park then they will have to force the door locks, possubly damaging the car.

• Long Stay South Lengthy wait on return for bus back to car park. Large crowd that was not well ordered or informed about waiting time for next bus. Could do with better communication eg electronic notice. Better marking of queuing area.

• Long Stay South Smooth as always, no wait for a bus coming back or going, recognised number plate coming in but needed to insert ticket coming out (getting dark perhaps so couldn't see the number plate?) - all fine, no issues

• Long Stay South Staff were very helpful in changing the car park from. North Terminal to South Terminal when I'd inadvertently selected the wrong one.

• Maple Manor Meet and Greet Staff were helpful but we did wait a long time after collecting our bags in the car park for our car to arrive. We phoned from the baggage hall and we had our4 year old granddaughter with us which wasn't good waiting so long in the car park.

• Maple Manor Car Wash It took over minutes for the car to be delivered to us after calling on arrival and so parking in long term would have been quicker
