  When we came back to Gatwick we had to waitmin in the car park for the car.
  Then car should have been ready for us more quickly

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet We arrived and no staff came to help / deal with us. We had to find them. One grumbled because we had no bar code. Arriving back, the car took a long time to be delivered (despite calling you as requested from baggage claim)...long enough to see the off airport buses come and go. You're location is useful, but saved little time for us and not worth the near double rate of some off airport options.

• Long Stay South No problems. The procedure could have been e explained a bit better. Just "Even though the system will welcome you by name when you arrive, you must take the ticket from the machine because you will need it when you leave." This may seem very obvious but if it's the first time you've ever used the system, it isn't. Also, it would be useful to be told to note the bus stop number at which you get on the terminal transfer bus. When returning late night the other signs for the areas and rows are not very visible. Knowing which bus stop number would've been very useful
