Maple Manor Meet and Greet Excellent service, had very early morning flight, was met as pre-arranged with no issues and easy access to Gatwick North Terminal. Flight was delayed on return but no problems collecting car on return, would definitely use again.

Maple Parking Meet and Greet everything went smoothly, except I was given wrong key from different car.

Meteor Great service, they are clearly used to dealing with people whose minds are elsewhere (ie travelling times), was great to come back to a car that had been warmed for a few minutes so we could get straight in and drive off. First time used and would definitely use again

Long Stay North Poorly signed zone T rows and spaces resulted in great difficulty locating car on return. Bus was like a cattle truck and driver was unable to help with location issue. Worst ever experience of GAT parking.

ACE Meet and Greet Ace meet & greet uses the Hampton Hotel for parking ; instructions could usefully include a map since its not a drop off at the terminal.

Maple Parking Meet and Greet Staff were helpful but not that friendly. Didn't expect to have to wait on return. It was cold and we had been travelling overnight. The whole point is that you should be there waiting. You have flight details etc. Heathrow Fastpark is the one I usually use at Heathrow and they are super friendly, smiley and welcoming and they are waiting for you. This was a different experience. Fine but nothing to rave about.
