• Help Me Park Delay in collecting the car in spite of plenty of warning ( minutes) and again delay ( over minutes ) waiting for car to be returned to arrivals drop off area. I telephoned from baggage hall as requested and 5 minutes later was telephoned and asked what terminal we were at !!!

• Just Valet Long wait (nearly minutes) at arrival. They should ask you to phone ½ hour ahead instead of minutes ahead if they can't organise a driver in time. It wasth December, so hardly a busy time!
  On return, the service was perfect. The car arrived at meeting point at same time as we did, and the driver was polite helpful and friendly.
