ABC Meet and Greet On our return, we followed instructions and called to say we had arrived. After waiting minutes, I called to find out where our car was. I was told the car had a flat battery and they had to jump start the car. My car has never had a flat battery. The man on the phone was abrupt and unhelpful. He should have at least called us to explain. When the car arrived, after a minute wait, the driver explained a rear light had been left on. This should not have happened, and was obviously missed by the staff. It is unlikely I left a rear light on. The driver did apologise, but I was not at all happy and would not use this company again.

Long Stay South Machine didn't recognise ticket on return. Attendent checked our booking and let us through but a simple 'sorry for the inconvenience' would have made us feel better

Cophall Parking Hassle free, reasonably priced parking. Very friendly, courteous, helpful staff. No hanging around, waiting for airport buses, very speedy transfer to airport and pick up on return. Have used Copthorne twice now and will continue to do so when flying from Gatwick.

Purple Parking You need to change return directions as you turn RIGHT not LEFT to walk out of arrivals to bus stop 7.
