• ACE Meet and Greet Not completely clear on site who we had booked with. Absolutely no visibility of the company called Ace and in common with several others we just had to take it on trust the person from another 'company' was the one we had to deal with.

• Long Stay South I wanted to extend parking as I didn't return from abroad. Car was still in car park and I had another period booked 5 days later. I wanted to pay extra to cover the days in between but this was not possible. I will now have to pay a large extra parking fee of£ a day when I finally leave the car park. Not a very flexible system.
