Cophall Parking Journey from Cophall to airport for our departure was fine,
However on our return to Gatwick we contacted Cophall and were advised to go to Bus stop 7 where we would be picked up. We waited there for over 1/2 hour. This was particularly frustrating. When the vehicle finally arrived there were only 4 seats available. Fortunately our name was on the driver's list but others who had been waiting for the same time as ourselves were not picked up. There seemed to be insufficient vehicles available for the purpose. Either that or the vehicles themselves are not big enough for the number of customers. We have never had to wait so long before to be picked up when we have used other companies. This will be a major influence on our choice of parking in the future.

Long Stay South We find long stay parking at Gatwick so easy and cheaper than getting a taxi. The shuttle buses are very frequent, and although one pulled away just as we were about to get on, another one came within minutes.

ACE Meet and Greet Everything went very smoothly and the staff were friendly and professional. It took the stress out of our journey to and from the airport. We will definitely book with BCP in the future.

Purple Parking Good service to and from airport as always.
Although it would be helpful if you could alert us to any travel problems on our return. The M23 junction was closed and we were diverted back to where we started, adding about 20 mins to our journey time. At 1am in the morning so am sure you can appreciate all we wanted to do was get home ASAP. Travel information could be displayed on a board just to give people a heads up.
