  • Long Stay North Facilities were great but exiting car park was confusing, we ended up paying again as leaving so paid £45 online and then a further £65 which was expensive for 4 days. The receipt printed blank (no ink) so no proof of that. But can provide bank statement? Is it possible to arrange refund of the additional amount we paid by mistake? We would then certainly book again. Would be grateful for a response

  • Maple Parking Meet and Greet The wait for our car to arrive was longer than if we had caught a bus to a car park. Since we first used Maple Manor Meet and Greet some years ago we have found the Greet part is taking longer. This time it was at least 20 mins after we reached the collection point, despite phoning as soon as we received our luggage. It is now questionable if we would use your service in future. The whole of Greet is that the car is there to Greet us!
