• Long Stay South We had prepaid on line but infortunately our number plate was not recognised so we pressed the button to speak with someone who told us they had our registration written down wrong although it was right on my email. She issued us a ticket to get through. Did not wait long for bus to Terminal. Coming back no problems at all. We thought staff very helpful.

• Purple Parking Facilities were as described .....staff very helpful and polite....whole experience went smoothly...in and out with no delay...and car seems to be as I left it as it's only been one day home lol...

• Maple Parking Meet and Greet The process worked well. The only criticism is that when telephoning before arriving it is necessary to select from a series of options. This is not possible when phoning whilst driving using Bluetooth. It would be much better to go straight through to an operator.
