  • Summer Special Arrival fine. Return awful. Company knew they could not locate keys and knew this the day we dropped car off. They had my mobile number but did not bother to contact me in advance, they left it to tell us at 11:15pm on 29/8/16 and told us that we hadn't left the jey and alarm fob with them! Manager there was not great in the way he handled us and was really quite condescending in saying that he knew how we felt. Needless to say, I disabused him if this notion. I asked if I could search with him but he refused on the grounds of Health & Safety. I also asked how he would know what the key and alarm fob looked like that he was searching for but he didn't seem to acknowledge this point. Eventually after saying we would have to pay fir the return journey, they drive us back home, signed, at our request for the only spare key we had, drive back with this, rang to say that they were then bringing the car and spare key back. We left at 00:20 and finally got car and spare key and went to sleep at 3:30am. Not sure what is happening about replacement key and alarm fob.
    Very poor system and customer service/experience pretty bad, although driver was very pleasant.

  • Long Stay South on return journey,i put in my ticket ,it said outstanding balance of £230.00 !!!! after calling assistance and telling him I had pre booked etc he returned my ticket and let us through.was a shock and don't know why this happened.

  • Purple Parking The only minor criticism I have is that when we arrived back to the uk in the very late hours we were all very disorientated thus would have been nice if there were signs for purple parking directing customers to the bus stop.
