Long Stay South All easy , the only problem was the car trying to get through the barrier in front of a bus load of returning passengers including us for some reason couldn't get through for some reason and held everyone up for quite a while . Apart from that all good thank you

I Love Meet and Greet Professional and helpful on telephone booking. Meet and Greet service on time for departure and arrival.

Long Stay North The buses could display pickup or drop off. We got on one and the driver shouted drop off only so we had to get off and wait for pickup.

Just Valet Staff were very helpful. On the outward journey we did have to wait for half an hour though. I called 3 times to be told that someone was on their way. Coming back, car came back very promptly

ABC Meet and Greet This service was excellent, I called 10 minutes before arriving and our car was collected on time by a very friendly gentleman and upon returning our car was there waiting for us immediately and was handed back to us by another friendly gentleman! Everyone I spoke to on the phone as well we're very polite and friendly. Very happy and will use this service again!

Long Stay South Two problems with transfer bus on return journey.
Firstly Long Stay Carpark LGW South is apparently the only bus allowed to pick up at arrivals. We followed the signs to all the other buses and got lost. They explained this when I phoned them but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Maybe they did tell me but if so I forgot and there was nothing on my ticket to help.
Secondly I thought on-airport parking would save time in comparison with the longer distance to an off-airport. In fact I still had a massive bus journey going around the car park itself, had to go to bus stops 1 to 8 before reaching my stop 9. So in terms of distance I didn't save anything.
