Long Stay South I found the whole thing was effortless. The directions and parking was very easy . The proximity to the terminals made it very convenient. We will definitely use NCP again.

Summer Special Possible bug in your booking sys. After our standard parking booking confirmation, I received a second confirmation with added extra aspire lounge. I did not book this and wasted 30 mins at Gatwick trying to cancel to avoid payment. Was not successful and almost missed flight as a result. Upon calling bcp after holiday they informed me that the lounge booking was already in process of being refunded and a bug in sys must have been to blame. Not too impressed.

Meteor Everything was fine. Handover a little prompt (no chance to check car before operator left), but all was fine. Our plane was late due to airport problems, but that didn't stop a speedy return of our car. Thanks.
