• Purple Parking The instructions as to the location of my car on return in your car park was not clear at all, the letter indicting the rows are almost invisible & need to be made much clearer.

• Long Stay North The ticket machine did not give us a ticket , we then took one in error, the staff were very helpful when we returned and sorted out the error. I suspect it happens a lot!
