• APH Park and Ride Both booking in and collecting the car was quick and efficient. Both our female drivers were excellent and very helpful especially as one member of our party was in a wheelchair. Both times the bus was there with in 5 minutes. Thank you.

• Purple Parking Booking through BCP was very good.
  Disappointed with Purple Parking at local level as communication was poor and driver on return was arrogant and rude. Some discrepancies with central office with Purple Parking and info they give out and what you are told at the local level - very frustrating!

• Summer Special Disappointed that we had to make our own way to South terminal rather then the shuttle bus dropping at the south terminal as well as the north terminal. It added to the time taken from the car park which was one of the reasons I chose the summer special.
