• APH No on arriving back to the Carpark we went to collect our keys we had left. I was only given the car key and not the whole king ring we had left them with. I was told I was wrong and they would have only taken the key from us. Only to find the rest of our keys on our seat in the car. Not a great service and the staff were rude

• Purple Parking Meet and Greet The unfortunate thing when we recently travelled from Gatwick was the lift having being out of action. Thankfully on our return help was available otherwise it would of been a struggle. Also did not feel that the drop off was as well organised at Gatwick as it is with purple parking at Southend.
