Cophall Parking Have used BCP on many occasions with never a problem, this time was no exception. Cophall Patking was easy to find and within minutes we had handed in our car keys and were on our way to the airport. Reception staff could have smiled a little more, we did not particularly want to be there at 3.30am either, but were helpful and quick

Long Stay South Lost my ticket but staff were brilliant and helpful

Long Stay North Arrived back at 2am and it seemed that the staff couldn't cope. Wasn't taken to our bus stop, had to walk to it from the front of the car park, with all our cases in the pouring rain. Furthermore, the bust was covered in advertisement so you couldn't even see out, and nothing to tell you what bus stop we were at.

Summer Special Very pleased with the parking arrangements and the bus from the airport.
However, I had some difficulty with the postcode which took me to security barrier used by staff. I back tracked to the last roundabout and followed your written instructions.
Please add a warning to your instructions..
I phoned the call centre and they were not able to help as they did not know the area.
Otherwise, pleased withe parking arrangements.
